- Rooms ready on day one. Furnished, bills included, keypad entry. Your new starter walks in and unpacks.
- Direct invoicing. We can invoice your company monthly, or the tenant pays weekly. Your choice.
- Flexible terms around contracts, placements and probation periods.
- Houses in all three towns, so we can usually house several people at once, near where they'll work.
- A record you can check: rated 5.0 on Google by 120 tenants and guests, many of them healthcare and contractor staff.
Who we already work with
Our tenants work for North Cumbria NHS, local care agencies, Sellafield and its supply chain, engineering and construction contractors, universities and local employers. We don't name clients publicly, but we're happy to give references.

Prices
Double rooms from £145 a week and ensuite rooms from £185 a week, all bills included. Ask about rates for several rooms.
