We're a family-run business based on Lowther Street in Whitehaven, letting rooms in West Cumbria since 2001. Gary, our manager, lives here and does the viewings and move-ins himself. Our cleaners, tradespeople and decorators are local too. When something needs doing, it's done by someone from round here, usually the same day.

How much does a room cost?
Double rooms start at £145 a week and rooms with a private ensuite bathroom start at £185 a week. The price includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi, so there are no separate bills. Short stays by the night are priced on request.
What exactly is included in the rent?
Gas and electricity, water, council tax, fast Wi-Fi, a fully furnished room with fresh bedding, keypad entry, and weekly cleaning of the shared areas. You pay one amount each week and nothing else.
Where are the rooms?
In Whitehaven, Egremont and Workington in West Cumbria. Most are close to West Cumberland Hospital, the town centres, or the routes to Sellafield. Message us and we'll tell you which rooms are free near where you'll be working.
Is there a minimum stay?
No fixed minimum. Many tenants stay for months or years, contractors often book for the length of a contract, and we also offer short stays by the night in our serviced rooms. Tell us how long you need and we'll find the right option.
How quickly can I move in?
Often within a few days. Gary, our local manager, arranges viewings and move-ins, and keypad entry means there's no waiting around for keys.
