Who we are. Kensley Properties, 25 Lowther Street, Whitehaven CA28 7DG. Email [email protected].

What we collect. When you message us, we keep your name, contact details and what you asked for, so we can reply and arrange a viewing or booking. If you become a tenant, we collect what the law requires for a tenancy, including identity and Right to Rent checks, and keep it securely for the time the law requires.

This website. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. The tenant video on the home page is hosted by Vimeo and only loads when you press play; Vimeo may then set its own cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google reviews take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email us and we'll respond within a month.

Changes. We'll update this page if anything changes.
