Whitehaven is our home town. It's a Georgian harbour town with a working marina, supermarkets, a cinema, the Beacon Museum, and the train line along the coast. For work, it's the natural base for West Cumberland Hospital, the Sellafield site (about 25 minutes by car or a direct train), Westlakes Science Park and the town-centre offices.
Where our Whitehaven rooms are
- Town centre: apartments and ensuite rooms a short walk from the shops, the harbour and the railway station.
- Hensingham: houses within walking distance of West Cumberland Hospital, popular with NHS and care staff. Our short-stay suites are here too.
- Bransty and the suburbs: quieter streets with easy parking and bus links, a few minutes from the centre.
We don't publish exact house addresses online for our tenants' security, but message us and we'll tell you which rooms are free and where.
Prices in Whitehaven
Double rooms from £145 a week and ensuite rooms from £185 a week, with gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi included. Short stays by the night are available in our serviced rooms in the town centre.
